Let me help you with your holiday cards!

October 28, 2011 · 3 comments

Every year I start early, trying to come up with the perfect Christmas card to send out.  I used to get really creative – I think my favorite was the “We WHISK you a Merry Christmas!” with pictures of the boys holding big whisks and mixing bowls.

Of course, as they get older, my time is less my own and more theirs.  Last year I was lucky enough to be part of a great promotion by Shutterfly and was able to choose from their huge collection of photo cards.

This year, not only are they helping me with my holiday cards, they are letting me set THREE of my readers up with 25 FREE cards for the holidays! Exciting, isn’t it?!

I have a couple of different ideas for this year – assuming the boys will play along.  The hard part is actually picking a card from the selection! There are SO MANY CHOICES!! I have it narrowed down to these (maybe):

Since the boys were babies, I have made photo books recapping the previous year of their lives for the grandparents. It’s been the perfect gift and Shutterfly makes it so easy! The quality is great and this year they have even more options and are making it even easier.  Not only do they have photo books, but they have a ridiculous number of things you can put photos on! Blankets? Yes. Puzzles? Yes! Wall Decals? Yes! Check out the possibilities!!

Also, in case you were wondering, they also have a fabulous selection of other greeting cards, not just Christmas. One of these years, I really want to send out Halloween cards. Of course, that would mean the kids would have to make final decisions on their costumes a lot earlier than the 20th of October!

Do you know what you’re doing for your holiday cards this year? Want a chance to get 25 for free (you pay shipping)? Simply visit Shutterfly and tell me in the comments what what your favorite product is.  I’ll choose a random winner on Tuesday, November 1st.
