Ok, so it wasn’t a real kidney (which I would totally buy for her, for the record), but it definitely caused some good, much needed laughter.
P.S. I got it from a place online called I Heart Guts — hilarious stuff there.
P.P.S. My SIL and I were bent over laughing when I showed everyone the website with all of the ailments — Giant Microbes
P.P.P.S. My mom has kidney disease, and she won’t ever take a kidney from me, even if we were a match, so this was at least a way I could show her how much I wanted to give her one. heh.
