me, i'm a firm believer that 27 red Nibs a day is the key to absolutely everything. those Skittles? they're just toying with you.

more seriously, i'm new here, came over from your comment at my place and am wishing you a wonderful life more ordinary, full of time to get all those little mundane things done.

I had no IDEA you were going through this. I saw something about your leg on twitter. But not CANCER. My thoughts and prayers and BIG HUGS are with you. Your attitude is AMAZING -- which tells me you're going to be JUST FINE!!!

Here's a great site with the most recent research on the optimal cancer-survivor diet: http://www.cancerproject.org/ Dorothy Hammill stands staunchly behind it. Also, there's an excellent book by Neal Barnard - I believe it's called "The Cancer Survivor's Guide: Foods that Help You Fight Back." I know of these diets (they're basically the same) because they're vegan. Neal Barnard's the head of the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine and does good work. I hope that helps! ((HUGS))
