I hear you girl! I actually exercised this Tuesday, first time in over hmmm can’t remember but it’s been closer to 18months? And a girl asked if I was okay. Ha! Yup, just red faced, breathing so heavy about to fall down because I’m sooooooooo out of shape. Next day though, the sore muscles were welcome!!
