I went for a walk tonight.
I wasn’t going to, but then I figured, what the hell. I put on my shoes and did it anyway.
Just over 3 miles, just over an hour. Here and there and back home again.
It felt really good.
And of course, now I wonder why it’s taken me so long to do that.
Here’s hoping I can remember the feeling of good exercise, the fresh air, the stretching of muscles I thought disappeared, next time I think I’d rather sit on my ass.
