My absolutely favorite thing to do is go on the Polar Express. This is our 6th year and it’s just magical. I hope that it will be a family tradition even after the kids are older. We drive 5 hours to snow (in AZ!) and all wear our matching jammies (even Daddy!) and ride the train. Santa gives every child a bell and we read the story, sing carols and eat cookies and hot cocoa. We just LOVE it!

I LOVE Scrooged!

Christmas is different now that I’m a mom. It’s much more exhausting, but seeing my kids on Christmas is awesome. That’s what I love about it.

Ya know, I think I really needed to see this today.

I have been feeling decidely UNCHIRSTMASY (yes I know that’s not really a word), and I needed to see a reminder of the things I love. Do you care if I borrow this (I’ll show lots of linky love!) for a post on Saturday?

Oh and the Polar Express is one of my favourite Christmas books! Ever!

My uncle used to have a glug party every year, but we never had the rum pudding!
