Sunday stuff

Mike is playing a car racing/crashing game on his PS3 in the family room, much to the delight of the boys, who love to cheer his racing and crashing on. They pick the cars, yell out how many cars he’s crashed (ooh, educational, too!), and generally can’t get enough.

For me, that means I just got to take a fabulously long, hot, quiet shower. Got dressed without help, and was able to dry my hair without the boys throwing their hands over their ears and screaming ‘it’s too loud!’ as they run from the bathroom.

I’m feeling altogether lazy today, relaxed from my shower, on this cloudy nearly-spring like day. Of course I have things to do. But right now? I’m listening to my guys downstairs and blog-browsing. Maybe later I’ll get something accomplished. Or, maybe not. 😉

As Matt would say: This is the life!

My kids play those games solely to crash. It's pretty funny to watch, actually, one crash after another. Especially since they will never be allowed to drive in real life, ever.

Laziness is what Sundays are all about.

I don't like to call things yummy, but darnit, that sounds yummy. Lucky! You deserve(d) it.
