Playing with this new theme, so stay tuned as it will probably change a bit. Going with some holiday colors as of this moment, but of course I reserve the right to change my mind at any time!
Spent the whole day at home with the boys today. It was nice, but odd, as we always seem to be going somewhere. We read some books, played with cars, watched the Polar Express circle our tree a zillion times and generally just hung out. Oh, we got Matt’s letter to Santa written, but not Preston’s yet. It was a rainy day, so it was nice to stay inside. Although the tv was on all day, we didn’t really watch much. We wrapped presents, too! They were both pretty happy all day – the only one who got yelled at was the puppy, as she apparently has the short-term memory of a daily pot smoker. 😀
I had dinner with my buddy Shine tonight; it’s been way too long! She always lets me off the hook because I’m busy, but I’m always so happy when we can get together! We exchanged Christmas gifts (and I got another birthday present – The Muppet Show Season One – SAWEEEET!!), and that was fun! I love to buy presents and love it more when I do it right! 🙂
I’m still pretty behind on my Christmas gifts, but I’m not really feeling pinched yet. I do have a rather large project in front of me for the grandparents’ gifts, but I’ll get it done!
Worthless Project of the Day: I updated my iPod with all sorts of my favorite Christmas music and such, but when I got out to the car my stupid FM transmitter thingy ma bob thing wouldn’t work!! UGH.
