Two Days in a Row!

LOL  😀 Gotta start somewhere, right? Yesterday’s treadmill action (3.5 mph, incline 2): 28 minutes, 6 minutes walking, 22 running. Felt really good. Today’s treadmill action (3.5 mph incline 3-2): 30 minutes – 15 minutes walking, 15 minutes running. Plus 30 crunches on stability ball and 10 squats. Didn’t feel as good, but I did it!
