- My carpets are “clean” (imagine the huge finger quotes in the air – Mike’s been doing that lately and it’s cracking me up!)
- My kitchen is truly clean (minus the floor), and although I know that between regular life tomorrow and cooking on Turkey Day it will become disastrous again, it feels good in the here and now. 😀
- My legs are slightly sore. 😀 :D You know, that good kind of sore that comes from doing something good.
- Matt is about to get a wake up call in regard to his bedtime (hehe). This almost falling asleep downstairs and then staying up for 2 more hours is getting OLD. It’s gotta be bed, books and sleep. No more falling asleep in front of the tv unless it is accidental.
- We’re hosting Thanksgiving Dinner here again this year. I sure love staying home! A smaller group than usual this year – only about 15 including us – but it should be nice and fun for everyone to spend time with the boys.
- I’m so sad my cuz isn’t coming for Christmas this year – I so want to meet the new babe and see how big she and her older sister have gotten. :( Alas, travel at the holidays with 2 little ones is probably horrid. I will miss them all though; too bad they can’t just come before or after!! Too bad the rest of the fam is here, otherwise we could visit them!!
- I am glad my other cuz and her fiance are coming though! Will be very nice to see them again!!
- I’ve determined that if I truly knew what kind of money my techie hubby has spent on all of our fun stuff I would probably have a heart attack.
- I was so excited to see a sky full of stars when I let the dog out…and then so disappointed when I took a deep breath in of factory stink. Cold, crisp, smelly air – yum.
- I don’t know what I want for Christmas. I’m sure I’ll come up with something, but for right now, I am at a loss.
- I still have to finish the boys’ lists – the grandparents are hoping for lists by Thursday. Oy.
