This place is cracka-lackin!!

:D  My new favorite kid’s movie is Madagascar. I just finally saw it in its entirety a week ago and man does it have some parts that crack me up.  Matt is a big fan, too, and now says ‘crack a lackin’ which is hilarious coming out of the mouth of an almost 3-year old.  :)  Melman is the best though, with his hypochondria and all of his meds. LOL.  He’s a giraffe! LOL.  Anyway, that’s the current hit in our house car.

Preston conquered the stairs today – going up, anyway. He’s been hanging out on the bottom step for a couple of weeks now, all proud of himself and being silly. Today though, I was getting Matt set up with Dr. Seuss and all of a sudden I couldn’t find Preston! I could hear him, but no where in sight! So I look up the first set of stairs and he’s not there, so I figure maybe he’s in our bedroom. When I get up the stairs, I was shocked to see him all the way upstairs! One step one day, 14 the next.  Now to work on the getting down instead of falling down.  What is it about babies that makes them think they can just go head first? 😉

Tomorrow is the wise and wonderful one’s birthday. The boys got him some good stuff and I got him something awesome…but it’s not here yet.  :(  But it’s sa-weet and I know he’ll love it! To celebrate we’re going to the Tiger game, so that will be fun (as long as the weather actually clears like it’s supposed to!).

Almost done with the shower invites (oddly enough, 2 days after I finished those wedding invites, I got one in the mail! LOL).  Mom’s going to help tomorrow night so we can get them out.  Time is moving fast all of a sudden.  It’s like in the next 2-3 months there’s a wedding shower, a baby shower, a wedding, Matt and Preston’s birthdays, a family reunion, and 3 babies to be born!  I can tell already we’re going to be total hermits come winter!!
