It's time. Going to the gym is great and all, and oddly, I'm actually beginning to enjoy it, but it's not enough. So, I've jumped back on the Weight Watchers wagon. It worked last time, then I thought I could do it on my own. Let's be honest – I have a serious problem with sweets and portion control. I need to keep better track of what I eat, and WW is the best way right now. Today is my fresh start day. It's funny because I always start out so motivated and excited, but then I end up binging on something horrible. The trick to that, it seems, is to avoid having that kind of stuff in the house. If it's here, I eat it. I have no willpower. 🙂

We are twins in our thinking. If it\'s in the house I\'ll eat it. If it\'s not in the house and I have a taste for it, I\'ll eat everything in the house to try and tame the craving, when I should have just eaten the one thing and be done with it. It\'s sad!!! Good luck!!!

Good Luck.. I want to do WW, but, the closest one to me is an hour away, so, no luck here! I hear WW is great though if you follow directions. Your like me, At work, with all the sweets, I wanna eat them, but at home we dont keep them.. Maybe I should quit work! lol…
