My neighbors are moving. Well, not at this exact moment, but given the traffic and low price, I'm guessing they'll be long gone before summer is over. The annoying part is that they're not asking nearly enough for the house – and that means two things (1) they want to move faster than they let on and (2) we won't be able to move any time in the next couple of years based on the values of home sales in the neighborhood unless their house gets sold again between now and then. They're good people and fun to hang around with. Drinking beer in the driveways just won't be the same without them. 🙁
