Fungo’s Unhappy Revelation of the Day

I am an HD TV whore. I will watch pretty much anything if I can watch it in crisp, clear, beautiful high definition on our big tv. The Unhappy portion of this revelation? That CBS didn’t make any new high definition “it’s all here” commercials for the new season.

Ended up on my starting blog page and was reading through them and thought the above quote was hilarious.

Did you know that at 3 am, the world (at least the one in my neighborhood) is really dark and quiet? And that there are about a gazillion stars out, which I would've loved to stay up and observe for awhile but I was too darn tired.

The Little Man is coming up on 2 months old already. This is the part that is more fun – he's sleeping better at night and less during the day; smiling and laughing and cooing and such. Good times.

We did our annual pumpkin carving yesterday. A little lack of enthusiasm this year, but otherwise still fun. We thought (or I did anyway) that Matt would get a kick out of pumpkin guts, but instead he was totally freaked out and kept insisting that we get our hands out. It was cute. He also has this way of saying hello to his little brother that just melts my heart.

It's about time for me to start going to work on a more regular basis, I guess. I can't seem to get diddly done here at home lately.

I bought the coolest stroller for the boys – it's actually inspiring me to get out and walk – as soon as I figure out how to fit it into our days! LOL. Actually I'm waiting for the storm cover so it keeps the wind off of them.

Ok, I'm off – my mom is stopping by for a pick me up this morning – she's dealing with a crappy court situation and I fear it didn't go well for her at all today.
